About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Electrical Technician to support the installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of Electric Vehicle Supply Equipment (EVSE) and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS). Key Responsibilities

• The Electrical Technician will be responsible for providing troubleshooting, installation and repair of EVSE and energy storage systems including solar system, lithium-ion battery pack and inverter.

Key Responsibilities:

Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience in business development, sales, or lead generation (preferred, but not required).

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence potential clients via phone, email, and social media.

• Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.

• Comfort with cold calling and outreach, with a proven ability to handle rejection professionally.

• A passion for renewable energy and the solar industry is a plus.

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

Sales Development & Lead Qualification

• Follow up with leads, prospects, and pitched customers to move opportunities toward signed agreements.

We’re looking for a motivated and personable HVAC Appointment Setter to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for connecting with prospective clients, qualifying leads, and scheduling appointments for our HVAC sales representatives. You’ll play a key part in driving business growth by ensuring our sales team has a steady flow of qualified appointments each week.

Role & Responsibilities

• Making outbound calls to warm and cold leads to schedule HVAC consultations and in-home assessments.

• Respond promptly to inbound calls, emails, and web inquiries to convert leads into appointments.

• Use CRM systems to record interactions, update customer details, and track appointment outcomes.
